Our Process
As a team we have a leading experience and capability to utilise wire arc additive manufacturing to 3D print in a variety of superalloys and critical metals. We work with Titanium, Inconel's, Stainless steels and Aluminium's amongst others . Our advantage is our deep practical knowledge and understanding our customers requirements and developing 3D printed parts that meet them exactly whilst also working through the qualification needs of each customer and product.
Our key is understanding how to print the material and achieve the best possible set of outcomes from bespoke grain structures to mechanical properties on demand.
